Delivery

Every Twig & Toad treat is handmade in small batches.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days of receiving payment. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once parcels have been handed to the delivery service.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Where available, local collection can be selected at checkout. We'll contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.

Because our products are pet food, we cannot accept returns of opened or unwanted items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Where appropriate, we'll offer:

Photos of damaged items may be requested to help us investigate.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we'll work with the delivery company to resolve the issue.
