Welcome to Twig & Toad. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Twig & Toad is a small UK business creating handmade, plant-based dog treats using carefully selected, dog-safe ingredients.

2. Products

Every Twig & Toad treat is handmade in small batches using carefully selected, plant-based, dog-safe ingredients.

As our treats are handcrafted using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, shape, size and texture are perfectly normal. These natural differences are part of the handmade process and do not affect the quality or safety of the product.

Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the treats you receive.

3. Ingredients & Suitability

A full list of ingredients is provided for every product.

Although we use carefully selected dog-safe ingredients, every dog is different. If your dog has allergies, medical conditions or specific dietary requirements, we recommend consulting your veterinary surgeon before introducing any new treats.

Treats should always be fed responsibly, under supervision, and as part of a balanced diet. Fresh drinking water should always be available.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if an error has occurred with pricing or product information.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Payment

Payment must be received before orders are prepared and dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment providers. Twig & Toad does not store payment card details.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Risk in the products passes to you once your order has been delivered.

8. Storage

To maintain freshness and quality, please store your treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Once opened, reseal the packaging after each use where applicable and follow any storage instructions provided on the product packaging.

For the best quality, treats should be consumed before the Best Before date shown on the packaging.

9. Feeding Guidelines

Our treats are intended as complementary pet food and should be fed as an occasional treat alongside a complete and balanced diet.

Please choose treats that are appropriate for your dog's size and chewing ability, and always supervise your dog while they are enjoying a treat.

10. Limitation of Liability

Twig & Toad cannot accept responsibility for adverse reactions where ingredients have been clearly listed and a dog has a known allergy or sensitivity.

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products supplied.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, logos and artwork remain the property of Twig & Toad and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for processing orders, customer service and legal obligations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
